Dr. Ahmed is a distinguished physician leader and board-level executive with decades of experience in clinical medicine, laboratory governance, behavioral health, and global public health initiatives. He currently serves as CLIA Associate Laboratory Director at FMRC Clinics (USA) and leads multiple international academic and nonprofit initiatives. He is the Chairman of the International Institute of Behavioral Sciences (IIBS), Founder of HomeTown Community Foundation, and an active member of APPNA (Association of Physicians of Pakistani Descent of North America). We look forward to his leadership in advancing ACH’s global healthcare mission.

Dr. Inge brings a powerful combination of global strategy, intercultural expertise, and large-scale program leadership. As a PhD and PMP-certified Project Director, she has led cross-sector initiatives across federal agencies, ministries, and academic institutions in the United States, Middle East, and South Asia. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between policy and real-world implementation, building systems that create access, trust, and measurable impact across diverse communities. With deep expertise in intercultural competence and international program design, she plays a critical role in shaping how global healthcare experiences are structured and delivered.

The American Chamber of Health (ACH) proudly welcomes Dr. Muhammad Zahid, M.D., MPH, CIP, who completed a Clinical Research Fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine at Harvard Medical School, as a Senior Advisor. Dr. Zahid is a distinguished clinical research expert with deep expertise in IRB leadership, FDA OHRP regulations, research ethics, and clinical medicine. He has chaired numerous IRB boards and is widely respected for guiding complex scientific, regulatory, and ethical decisions. His innovative leadership and global experience make him a valuable addition to ACH as we continue to advance healthcare excellence and innovation.

A Texas-licensed attorney with over 10 years of experience, Serifat specializes in healthcare compliance and regulatory law. As Founder of SMA Attorneys and Counselors at Law, she has helped healthcare organizations translate complex regulations into clear, practical strategies that strengthen compliance and reduce risk.
She holds an Advanced Certification in Healthcare Compliance from the University of Pittsburgh and brings a results-driven approach to building sustainable cultures of compliance.
