Houston Methodist Innovation Discussion

The American Chamber of Health team attended the Houston Methodist Innovation Discussion at The Ion. Houston Methodist leaders Jordan Dale and Ginny Torno shared how they bring innovation into real clinical environments: what healthcare innovation looks like in practice, particularly around AI adoption, new technologies, and bringing clinical and technology teams together.

One key takeaway was that innovation does not always happen in a straight line. Testing new ideas, learning from the experience, listening to frontline teams, and making adjustments are all part of moving healthcare forward.
